Since 1976, K&S Music has been on the forefront of providing students and educators with value. Our secret formula is really no secret at all. We combine affordability with today’s top brands, while adding in consistency and large quantities of outstanding customer service and support. During the last thirty-five years, we have seen a lot of changes in our industry and we have worked tirelessly to adapt, while continuing to build upon our founding values. 

The owners of K&S Music were school music teachers for many years before our company was incorporated. Through their experiences, we learned a great deal about renting, selling and repairing musical instruments, thus providing the foundation for K&S Music - superior customer service! To ensure that the driving force behind our company is never compromised, we are on the road daily, visiting music stores, schools and meeting with teachers, band directors, students and parents to enhance every aspect of our service.

Having streamlined our Berkeley Heights, New Jersey facility, our headquarters now includes a state of the art  repair facility and instrument warehouse. The in-house repair facility is staffed with certified technicians and luthiers, combining hundreds of years of dedicated repair experience. Our well stocked warehouse offers customers the ability to choose from the widest selection of instruments and accessories. Whether a customer is looking to purchase or rent, we take pride in customizing a plan that best suits each individuals needs.

K&S Music is dedicated to supporting the growth of music programs in our nation’s schools on local and national fronts. We have taken the initiative to visit federal elected officials on behalf of all advocates of music education. In addition to including music as a core school subject, our K&S representatives concentrate on legislation that advances access to music education for all children.
